you have taken your recreational kayak down and how did it perform? I've done several class II's in my Dagger Blackwater, and it does pretty good, although I have been dumped out once. I'm thinking about adding a Dagger Approach (crossover boat) to my fleet, but since I don't intend to do much more than class II, not sure I'll get an added benefit. I wouldn't rule out a class III if I felt I had the proper equipment, which I know my Blackwater is not. Thoughts?
